Our menu offers a choice of carefully planned sandwiches that include a balanced amount of protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats and fiber for your body. You really don't have to be vegetarian to appreciate these amazing flavors.
Each slice of bread is lightly grilled, glazed with our own recipe fresh herb dressing, and all sides and toppings are freshly prepared each morning. We have organic sourdough and honey whole wheat bread, with a gluten free option available on request.
We source every organic ingredient we possibly can, with bread from organic suppliers and fresh produce and herbs from local farmers markets in Brentwood and Santa Monica. A lot of our organic ingredients are also certified by USDA, QAI and CCOF.
For the gluten intolerant, please note our bread contains wheat and may also contain traces of tree nuts. A gluten free option is available. All vegetarian meat options contain wheat and soy, and the Veggie burger also contains walnuts.

Rivva organic salads are freshly prepared on the premises every morning and we have a choice of different salads every day. On selected days our chef's specials may also include Quinoa Salad and Beet Salad using the freshest organic ingredients. All are ideal for brunch, lunch or an early evening meal.
Most of our salads are vegan, but all are vegetarian and can be used as part of a structured detox regime. Our organic salads do not contain eggs, and our cheeses are made by using vegetarian enzymes so they are rennet-free.

For taste, the majority of our salads are sweetened with organic agave but some dishes do include organic brown sugar. For the gluten intolerant, please note that a number of our salads contain wheat and nuts, so please consult with a member of staff before ordering. The pasta salads and the Rivva Salad also contain dairy.
